Yoga offers us the opportunity to get to know ourselves, our bodies, and our worlds differently. And, just as individuals vary, so do yoga styles. This series explores different styles of yoga to broaden your knowledge and expand your practice to find what works best for you and your body. Each week, we will explore a different type and learn its benefits and how to incorporate it into our lives.

In this workshop, you will learn the theory and practice of:

  • Hatha Yoga

  • Yin Yoga

  • Vinyasa Yoga

  • Restorative Yoga
