Learn tools to help reduce tension and increase relief. Through the practice of Yin Yoga, combined with the techniques of MFR (myofascial release), you will learn how to pinpoint fascial buildup that can lead to pain and stiffness. This workshop will offer tools to help you better understand your physical body, maintain mobility, and experience more easeful movement.
