The WanderFreely Flow is an opportunity to sweat, dance, laugh, and move in the ways that you need and want. Turn up the tunes and allow yourself to Wander on your mat in order to explore your practice beyond the postures to discover a deeper understanding and insight of yourself. Through this Vinyasa-based flow, you will explore the depths of your inner-strength, compassion, and what it means to take your yoga off the mat and into your life.
Please sign up for class at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. Once you have registered for the class you will be sent the Zoom link with meeting ID and password to join.
