Join WanderFreely Founder Nicole Hudson for Monthly Meditation classes. Each month we will explore a different theme or style of meditation including formal seated practices, mantra, dance, journaling, and conversation. Each class offers the opportunity to practice, integrate, and experience your intention for the month.

This month we will work with a formal meditation practice known as open awareness. Formal meditation is what many of us think of when we picture meditation, sitting on a cushion in silence and turning inward. However, even in silence and stillness, many thoughts, images, and sounds go through our minds. We will explore what is present through this mediation and allow ourselves to use it as the doorway.

For this class, you will need:

  • Comfortable clothing.

  • A blanket, chair, or meditation cushion to sit on or a yoga mat and support to lie down.

  • Space where you feel safe to close your eyes.

This class will include:

  • Introduction to open meditation.

  • A 15-minute guided meditation.

  • PDF of the material covered in class.

  • 42-hour replay of the class.

All meditation classes are donation-based and will run approximately 30-60 minutes.
