Join WanderFreely Founder Nicole Hudson for monthly New Moon Meditation classes. Each month we will explore a different theme through meditation, mantra, journaling, and conversation. The New Moon is a time to set intentions, and each class offers the opportunity to practice, integrate, and experience your intention for the month.
This month we will work to cultivate attention and awareness within our bodies through mindfulness. Using a guided body scan as a tool, you will take time to pay attention to the subtle and sometimes not so subtle sensations of your physical body and connect in with your present experience.
For this class, you will need:
Comfortable clothing.
A blanket, chair, or meditation cushion to sit on or a yoga mat and support to lie down.
Space where you feel safe to close your eyes.
This class will include:
A guided body scan.
PDF of the material covered in class.
42-hour replay of the class.
All meditation classes are donation-based and will run approximately 45-60 minutes.
