Learn tools to help reduce tension and increase relief. Through the practice of Yin Yoga, combined with the techniques of MFR (myofascial release), you will learn how to pinpoint fascial buildup that can lead to pain and stiffness. This workshop will offer you tools to better understand how your physical body is connected, maintain mobility, and explore more easeful movement.

one knee sock
two smaller bouncy balls
one yoga block
blanket or towel
