The Full Snow Moon falls on February 27th at 3:17 am (EST) and is traditionally associated with nourishing your mind, body, and spirit since, in nature, nourishment is hard to find during this cold and harsh time of year. Especially for those of us in Northern climates.

Join Melanie to nourish and care for yourself during this 60-minute Yin Yoga practice. Through a series of long-held postures, you will be given the opportunity to turn inward, slow down, and tend to your mind, body, and spirit in a way that best supports you and what you need at this time.
