Bodies. We all have them. Our physical bodies, or vessels, allow us to move through the day, experience life and interact with those around us. However, have you ever thought what lies beneath the surface of your skin or what radiates out far beyond your external structure? These subtle facets of your being are also a very real part of you and deserve just as much attention as your physical body to ensure health, happiness, and well-being.
Saturday we will journey into the many layers of you! In order to live in health and happiness ALL of our bodies need to find alignment and freedom. We will delve into the finer, more delicate qualities of your many bodies and how they all come together to create not only flesh and bone but your all-pervading Self as a whole.
