Mala Yoga: Move & Breath

Move through a smart, well-crafted sequence with mindful attention to alignment and breath. Carefully structured sequences give the mind the ability to focus, allowing you to slow down the breath and calm the central nervous system. This practice creates the opportunity for you to be still, silent, and spacious. We will focus on breathing practices (pranayama) to settle into our final resting pose.
