Positivity. We know that it helps us reshape our thoughts and actions. However, how often do you find yourself going down the rabbit hole of worry?

During the Creating Your Vision: The Power of Positivity day retreat you will take a look at your own thought patterns and habits and ask yourself, β€œare these harming or helping my growth?” Identify where you are relying on old ways of confronting challenges and learn new tools to shift negative thoughts into positive ones.

Through yoga, meditation, writing prompts, and group exercises you will gain awareness and insight into your own thoughts and how you can harness the power of positivity to make tangible changes in your life.

Sample Schedule 10:00 am - 11:30 am: Morning Asana practice 11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Looking at patterns 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Lunch (vegetarian) 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Free time (walk in the woods, read, sit by the lake) 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Afternoon Gentle Yoga Flow & Meditation 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Closing discussion
