Create space within your physical, mental, and emotional bodies through the practice of MFR (Myofascial Release) and Yin Yoga. Join Nicole Hudson as we explore how targeting specific muscle groups within the body can help alleviate tension on a wider scale. By pinpointing fascial buildup, we will first find release through a variety of MFR techniques and tools and then delve deeper into surrender through specifically selected Yin postures.
This workshop will help you examine your edge and find comfort in discomfort, for the sake of the joy on the other side. Each student will receive a MFR toolkit, as well as a booklet of techniques to continue and build your home practice.
