Open up to the flow of life through the study and practice of Yin Yoga and Meridian Theory. Yin Yoga, also known as meditating in shapes, is the quieter aspect to many of our Yang activities. It is an opportunity to go inward and cultivate a better understanding and connection with your physical and emotional well-being. Although a slower practice, Yin Yoga provides a mental challenge and physical edge. Combining Yin Yoga with the study of Meridian Theory, the energetic pathways in the body, we can open space physically, mentally, and emotionally releasing stress and old stories in order open to new opportunities and possibilities.
Open to all levels and no previous yoga experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat, two yoga blocks, and an open mind.
