Nicole Hudson - WanderFreely Founder, Souluna Life Coach & Conscious Connector After 11 years in New York City, Nicole ditched her high-heels of the art world in order to commit herself to the study and teaching of Yoga.  She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Jai Yoga Arts in Brooklyn and founded WanderFreely in 2015 as a way to bring together individuals through the experience of travel, yoga, self-discovery and community.    Nicole initially became interested in yoga in 2005, for the physical benefits, however, committed to a consistent practice when she noticed how yoga challenged her patience, humility and ability to slow down.  Through her practice she continues to confront and overcome fears, let go of ego and attachments, and surrender to the present moment.  Nicole has seen the positive change that yoga has had in her own life and believes that through softness and surrender we can find empowerment and strength. Nicole loves learning about people and what it means to live life fully.  She is a certified Souluna Life Coach and Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner.  When she is not wandering she divides her time between Brooklyn, Costa Rica, and her home state of Maine.

Lauren Slivosky - Lead Teacher, Movement Queen & Wild Flow Creator Lauren has been practicing yoga asanas since high school and shortly after arriving in New York to feed her soul in the downtown modern dance scene, she landed in Sonic Yoga's 200 hour teacher training and has been feeding her soul through yogic studies ever since.   Her teaching is anatomical but also quite fluid with an emphasis on individual expression in the practice.  In any given class you may explore slightly different transitions or movements that will invite you to embody and embolden yourself as a conscious being!  Everyday is an opportunity to learn, experience and understand what it is to be alive and Lauren is doing just that in her own practice and teaching.    She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY teaching public asana classes, meditation workshops, offers Intuitive Thai Bodywork, and continues to speak her soul through contemporary and modern dance.  The rest of her time is well spent at home cooking and enjoying her cats, or at Rockaway beach catching some waves and breathing in the open space whenever she can!

Madison Elyse - Lead Teacher, Yoga Rebel & Marketing Guru Madison wandered into her first yoga class in 2010 with wide eyes and an open heart. After sweating, swearing and mimicking the yogis around her, she enrolled in a 30-day yoga challenge and was immediately hooked. What she had hoped would be a new fitness routine soon became an essential part of her daily life.   During times of stress or sadness, spending time on the mat was often the only thing that offered relief. As Madison watched her anxiety dissipate and her happiness soar, she realized the power behind the practice and completed her 200hr Vinyasa Certification at Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago, IL. After falling in love with teaching, she continued to study the practice of self-care and received her 200 Hour Karuna Flow Certification and Level 1 & 2 Reiki Certification at OM at Cashew Hill in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica.   Madison’s desire to share the transformative power of breath, movement and mindfulness has lead her on a journey she never thought possible; from Spain to the Cayman Islands to Costa Rica, her practice gives her the courage to share the joy of yoga.
